Beautiful Beast 68 Cadillac and A&W drive-in

My computer guy Mark ‘The Griz’ reached out to me around Canada Day and asked if I would paint his 68 Cadillac in my unique style.  I said sure.  He sent me a professional photo of the car, which was taken from the vantage point of practically laying on the ground to capture the detailed patterns in his silver car.  And, he sent me a couple of pics of vintage A & W’s for the background.  I set to work finding a 68 Cadillac that was at a better angle to place in front of an A & W in the distance.  I didn’t want to match a vintage A & W perfectly, so I basically took bits and pieces from photos, updated the logo, and wangled in some orange beams.  I found some vintage cars and vans parked at A & W drive-ins and picked and chose which ones to include.  I really like the dichotomy between the “Beautiful Beast” and the vintage A&W drive-in and classic cars.  It pops and it’s certainly one-of-a-kind!
