Grain Elevator at Sedley with Sunset

$750.00

Driving back from my parents house in Tyvan, I saw the most beautiful sunset over Sedley, Saskatchewan.  The original picture was rather lackluster and the grain elevator quite small.  When I cropped and enlarged the picture, I knew that I had something worth painting.  I just love, love, love sunsets . . . . and, also, the nearly extinct prairie beacon, the grain elevator.  While this image was of Sedley, Saskatchewan, it certainly could represent any number of communities with one remaining grain elevator.
